Rental Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

The lessee must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid category B driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. The vehicle may only be driven by persons listed in the rental contract.

Rental Duration and Extension

The minimum rental period is 4 days. Each additional day started after the agreed period is charged according to the valid price list. Rental extensions must be confirmed in advance by Auto Rental 001 Brno.

Deposit and Payment

A refundable deposit (usually CZK 10,000) is paid upon signing the contract, in cash or mobile payment. The deposit is refunded once the vehicle is returned undamaged and under the agreed conditions. The rental fee is payable when taking over the vehicle.

Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned clean, washed and vacuumed. The fuel level must be at least equal to that at handover. Late return without prior notice may result in an additional charge of CZK 100 per hour.

Insurance and Liability

All vehicles have mandatory third‑party liability insurance and comprehensive insurance with a standard deductible of CZK 10,000, unless agreed otherwise. The lessee is responsible for all damages not covered by insurance, including interior or tyre damage.

Prohibited Use

Smoking in the vehicle, transporting animals, use for taxi or delivery services, participation in races or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Travelling Abroad

Trips outside the Czech Republic are only permitted with the prior written consent of Auto Rental 001 Brno. Additional insurance or fees may apply for international travel.

GDPR and Data Protection

Auto Rental 001 Brno handles personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Your data is processed only for the purpose of contract execution and legal obligations. Personal data is not shared with third parties except when required by law. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting info@autopujcovnabrno.cz.

Final Provisions

By signing the rental agreement, the lessee confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions. The terms come into effect on the date of signing the rental contract.
