Rental terms (summary)
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS FOUR DAYS. Prices include VAT (we are not VAT payers).
The driver must have held a driving licence for at least 2 years and present at least two identity documents. We reserve the right to refuse the rental to any person without giving a reason. The rental fee and deductible must be paid no later than when the vehicle is handed over.
Some vehicles may be allowed abroad by prior agreement to neighbouring countries; other destinations on request. The vehicle may be driven by a maximum of two persons, provided they are listed in the contract.
Rental is charged per each 24‑hour block. After the contractual rental period, CZK 100 / hour is charged. The vehicle must be returned clean and washed. The fuel level on return must not be lower than at handover.
For any damage to the vehicle, including the interior, the deposit is forfeited (except where liability of another vehicle is demonstrably proven). If the registration certificate is not returned or the number plates are damaged or lost, the deposit is forfeited. The vehicle may be returned at another branch by agreement.
In the event of an accident, the lessee must always contact the car rental and call the police, and obtain an accident report. In case of misfuelling, the deposit is forfeited and the lessee must pay all additional costs, including vehicle downtime.
